Credit Card Machine Replacement Program

Flagship Merchant Services offers a Credit Card Machine Replacement Program for only $9.95 per month as an extra level of protection for the credit card machines we sell. This coverage is only available at the time of purchase and with a Flagship Merchant Account. Merchants that have signed up for our terminal replacement program should call if they need service.

With the Flagship replacement program, merchants will never have to worry about their credit card machine again! Flagship Merchant Services will replace your credit card machine in the event of failure. This program is designed to offer our merchants the assurance that they will have a new credit card machine delivered to them within 2 business or less, fully programmed and ready to go. Merchants will then receive a UPS pre paid shipping label in the mail that will be used to send back the damaged credit card machine. If the damaged credit card machine is not returned within 15 business days, the merchant will be charged for the new terminal.
